Frank Moore, designated Broker of our company, is an accomplished and well respected Realtor, Investor, and Property Manager since 1983. A former managing partner with Zeno Moore Construction Co, Inc, and owner of Frank Moore Construction Co, Inc, Mr. Moore possesses a rare blend of 18 years experience as a construction professional and a real estate career spanning three decades. He is a former associate Broker with RE/MAX Savannah, a member of the National Association of Realtors, the GA Association of Realtors and the Savannah Board of Realtors. He holds the distinguished designation of Graduate, Realtor Institute as well as the e-pro technology certification.

 

In the Community

Mr. Moore has served as an athletic director, region administrator, coach, teacher, and consultant for several of Savannah's schools and also as an adjunct professor at Armstrong Atlantic State University. Mr. Moore also coached the Effingham Xtreme 18U, women's fast pitch softball team, helping several former players to achieve their goals of becoming collegiate athletes. He and his family are charter members of the Sanctuary of Savannah Church.

Larry Brison, the Operation Manager of our company, has been with the company since 2006. He is our primary leasing agent and heads up our efforts to provide top shelf service to our property management customers and clients. He also plays an important role in service to our association's Boards and supervises the activities of our office staff. A true professional with experience, maturity, and problem solving acumen, Mr. Brison is a valuable contributor to our overall sustained success at Frank Moore & Company.

 

Experience

Mr. Brison is a retired Staff Sergeant, U.S. Army, since 1996. In his twenty-four year career, he served as a Helicopter Crew Chief on numerous missions over thirteen years. A veteran of both the Vietnam War Era and Operation Desert Storm, he was stationed in South Korea and at numerous locations around the United States throughout his career. Later in his service, he was reclassified and served in a special weapons unit in Germany for a ten year period. He retired from Ft. Stewart, GA and soon made Savannah his home. Before joining Frank Moore & Company he worked as an information specialist for COM Systems, Inc. and also operated a 600 unit storage facility as a manager for Uncle Bob's Storage.

After many part time years during school, Meredith joined the company full time two years ago. As an executive assistant to Mr. Moore, she provides valuable support in many areas. She is the chief data processor and executes our major communication efforts, implements our advertising efforts, and excels as our all around problem solver. She is trusted with the duties of maintaining records for each of many operations and serves in a special capacity as a quality control monitor. Ms. Moore is also tasked with systems evaluation and design improvement.

  

In the Community

Meredith is extremely involved in her community and in the lives of those around her. She is a charter member of The Sanctuary of Savannah where she has served in the Children and Youth Ministries. She has participated in numerous mission trips to Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, China, Haiti, and domestically on service missions to Louisiana, Florida, Kentucky and North Carolina. In college, she was an intercollegiate athlete, served in student government and she worked as a Resident Assistant, helping with the management tasks for the facility and serving as a mentor to the girls in her dorm. Ms. Moore also worked with the Global Education Department, was a leader with The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club. She was inducted to Mortar Board and Omicron Delta Kappa her senior year at Carson Newman College, based on her academics and leadership abilities. In 2010, she co-sponsored "Step Up To The Plate," a Charity Softball Tournament that raised over $9000 for various charities that serve orphaned children.

Eva Bowles serves as our maintenance, repair, and property readiness facilitator. She is our property turn-around supervisor and as such she maintains property records, performs property field inspections, facilitates clean up and initiates repair and replacement work when necessary. Her efforts are valuable in assuring that these tasks are completed promptly and cost effectively.

 

Experience

Ms. Bowles retired from Bell South in 2005 after thirty-two years of service. During her time with Bell South, Ms. Bowles performed installation, trouble shooting, and repair services for both commercial and residential customers of the telecommunications giant. 

 

In the Community

Eva is a member of The Church at Godley Station where she has served on the building committee and as head of the hospitality committee. She also is a volunteer with the Children's Church ministry there.
